PLAYERS MUST BE 16 YEARS OR OLDER.

Description and terms

This is not gambling. This is simply a competition based on skill, included with your entry to the game is a single entry spectator pass to our public event at the Sharnbrook Hotel on Monday 27th May 2019. At this event, each individual who correctly answers the question will be entered into a free prize draw, there are a maximum number of 1999 correct entries to the draw. 
The event will be start at 12pm until 4pm. It will be a fun day for the family and include various activities for all ages.
Please follow Calvin’s social media platforms to keep up do date with details of the event.
Your receipt for this product must be printed off for entry to the Public event at The Sharnbrook Hotel on Monday 27th May 2019.
The Draw
On the day of our event, those who answer the competition question correctly will be entered for free into a prize draw. 
There will be first, second and third prizes for that draw.
First place: Calvin's VW Golf R plus £100 CCD gift voucher.
Second place: £1,000 cheque plus £100 NAFFCO54 gift voucher
Third place: £500 cheque plus £100 NAFFCO54 gift voucher
The draw will take place on Monday 27th May at 3pm at the Sharnbrook Hotel. This will also be live streamed on social media.
5% of entry sales will go to Calvin's chosen charity; NICU. The aim of the car event is to also create awareness and generate contributions to the charity. You can find more info about NICU here:  https://www.justgiving.com/campaigns/charity/ldhcf/nicuappeal
Car Details
The private number plate AS51 HOL is NOT staying on the vehicle and is NOT included with the car in this competition, the original plate (YS64 GKY) will be put back on the car on the day of the draw. The car will has an MOT until 18/12/2019 and it will have around 20,000 miles at the time of the draw.
The colour of the car is Lapiz Blue, it is in a 3 Door DSG variant.

It will go to the new owner with the latest map which is considered a ‘reserved’ map where it will run at around 560bhp. There is the option to run the car on a ‘race’ map which produces 585bhp on pump fuel then in excess of 600bhp on race fuel (track use only) 
Further Details
The draw date is planned to be on Monday 27th May but we reserve the right to postpone this date.
On the day of the draw each ticket purchase related to a correct answer to the skill based question will be downloaded via our shopify store and all of the data will then be transferred to a spreadsheet. We will then use googles own ‘Random number generator’ to pick a number. This is no way considered gambling, this is a prize competition dependent on your skill, you will ONLY be entered into the chance of winning a prize if you answer the question correctly.
Those who answer the question incorrectly are still welcome at our event. The correct answer will ONLY be revealed on the day of the draw at our event. Once the answer has been revealed all correct entries will then be entered into the prize draw.
Each payment of £25 allows 1 single person entry to our event.
To enter you must be 16 years of age or older. 
The Winner
Collection of the car will be the responsibility of the winner.
To those oversea’s, please consider that you will need to organise your own method of transport, depending on where you are in the world, Calvin may be able to advise on this.
To any winner that chooses not to have the car as the prize, Calvin will offer to sell the car for you at his auction (http://www.binca.co.uk) 
The fee to sell a vehicle BINCA charge 5% upon sale.
NO REFUNDS. 
Under no circumstances will anyones entry be refunded. 
It simply costs £25 to play the game and enter our event. Once you have played the only way of correcting your entry is by playing again.
